ORDERS - Because I’m a super small business, when orders volumes are heavy, shipping can take up to 20 business days.

VALENCIA KEY is not responsible for lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves VALENCIA KEY. If your order is sent back to VALENCIA KEY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. VALENCIA KEY does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer. Overnight and 2nd-day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If we agree to send internationally total shipping cost is at customer's responsibility. VALENCIA KEY is not responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed to international shipments and VALENCIA KEY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery.
